​Jay Novik has an extensive background in many areas of the insurance business and has served as Vice Chariman of Swiss Re America.  Jay currently is a a partner in Black Diamond Capital Partners which is an investment firms based in Austin.  Jays background included film finance and guaranty.  His companies have financed and guaranteed motion pictures.  This is a specialized area of the entertainment business.

Ronald Spitzer, is a Principal and  is one of the most uniquely experienced executives in interactive entertainment.

As a corporate founder, business development pioneer, original content creator and motivator, he melds a track record of growth, innovation, and success to provide superior management and leadership vision.  Spitzer’s no-nonsense approach, professionalism and unquestioned ethics allow him to extract the highest level of performance from those within the organizations he leads.

In his career he has held high level executive positions at New World Computing and Electronic Arts.  In the early days of the next generation console era he co-founded Northstar Studios the first independent development studios to acquire a Sony Playstation Development License. As President he guided one of Softbank Japan’s directly invested Companies, Kinesoft.

Most recently Spitzer advises companies, individuals, and private equity that are helping shape the future of interactive entertainment and content creation.  Spitzer’s attention is on the convergence of content across, film, music, communities, and interactive entertainment.  With this paradigm shift his focus is on working with companies on how to maintain profitability while taking advantage of this dynamic.

Joshua C. Gatlin is a Principal and is EVP for worldwide development of new projects.  Josh is a resident of Abu Dhabi and has a distinguished career in the entertainment industry and is a veteran US Government and political operations. He was a key member of Larry Gatlin Enterprises where he was  responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. He was the Principle contact for clients for proposals, budget, logistics, and other needs,  negotiated directly with record label executives on all matters including intellectual properties, publishing, copyrights, and album release strategy.
Josh produced worldwide concert events for audiences of all sizes including major festivals.

Before joining Larry Gatlin Enterprises, Josh served in the Bush administration as team Lead responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing presidential travel and events worldwide. Josh represented the White House as the primary point of contact for high-level government officials and corporate officers, both foreign and domestic. Josh represented the President of the United States, the White House, and the United States Government in over 30 countries including Argentina, Canada, China, Denmark, England, Egypt, France, Germany, Indonesia, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Mongolia, Pakistan, Poland, Russia, Senegal, Slovakia, and Russia. and  executed numerous international Presidential events including Asia Pacific Economic Conferences, the Summit of the Americas, the World Economic Forum, President Bush’s trip to Vatican City to meet Pope Benedict XVI, G8 Summit, and the first visit of a United States President to Mongolia.

Paul Korzilius is a Co-Founder/Principal and is a veteran of the Music and Sports management and marketing field. Paul Korzilius is a widely respected and successful senior Entertainment and Sports executive with over 30 years in the business and has been responsible for the success of some of the biggest selling albums and tours in music history. He has served as General Manager for the AFL’s Philadelphia Soul and consultant to the AFL and currently heads BonJovi Management.  

​Involvement in the community has been a long time passion for Paul that has evolved into his current position as Treasurer of the foundation.

Neil Rigby is a Company Principal and  heads Legal and Business Affairs in Europe and Asia for Mockingbird.  ​

Neil Rigby has served as Head of Legal & Business Affairs Worldwide and Member of the Management Committee for TV-LOONLAND AG.  Neil has been involved in all of the legal and business aspects of the program making and distribution process from development through to licensing and merchandising the brands including The Cramp Twins, Little Princess, Pat and Stan.

​Before joining TV Loonland, Neil served as Senior Legal & Business Affairs Executive at FREMANTLE MEDIA working across the light entertainment and drama genres throughout the UK, Europe and Asia.  

Penn Parrish is Co-Founder and Principal and currently serves on the Board Member of Feral Media Corporation developing diversified investments in media content and Entertainment related companies. Mr. Parrish has a strong background in entertainment business management, acquisitions and finance and product development.  Mr. Parrish began his business career in the entertainment industry with CBS (Columbia and Epic Records) in 1972 and was responsible for the development of new and established talent for the CBS record division.  
Penn Parrish also served as director of US investments for  German Investment Banking firm of Orbex K.G. Mr. Parrish headed their affiliate American Trust Corporation in San Francisco and currently serves in an advisory capacity. At American Trust Mr. Parrish was responsible for, entertainment related business investment for the firm.  

Penn Parrish became a consultant to the structured finance industry-developing securitized asset backed loan pools with J.P. Morgan, Conti Finance Services and Prudential.  This line of business became the backbone for later structured finance deals in the entertainment industry. John Posey,  hails from Florida, Georgia and Oklahoma, though not all at the same time. He was noticed while toiling on stage for the Atlanta-based, 80's comedy group, "Comedia", a group he co-founded. He was later brought to Los Angeles by network casting executives, where he has since compiled a long list of theatre, television and film credits that include “HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER”,  “24”,  “BOSTON LEGAL”, “E.R.”, SEINFLED, CHEERS, CHICAGO HOPE, THE CLIENT, A SOLDIER' STORY, MANHUNTER, FROM THE EARTH TO THE MOON, NEWSRADIO, PROVIDENCE, and CROSSING JORDAN, among many others. He is also very active in the voice-over market.

Posey is also an established screen, stage and television writer.  He recently completed “Eddie The Eagle, The Accidental Olympian” for HBO.  “Eddie” is the story of the wildly inept British ski-jumper who found fame in the 1988 Winter Olympic Games.  He has sold original feature scripts to Disney and Sony. His OWN feature, “LEGENDARY”, a coming-of-age drama, starring Patricia Clarkson and Danny Glover, which was produced in 2010. Posey wrote and produced the film. His original script “GORGEOUS GEORGE” has been set up at WWE Film Studios.  John has been active in all areas of equity and finance of motion pictures. Also see: www.johnposey.com
